APEDOG FILMS is a branch of APEDOG PRODUCTIONS. The company was started
by Director Brian Gurnett, and
Production Designer Justin Harrison. The latest project is "The Man Who
Hated Music." It will be about 45 min long and tells the story of the
only man, on the face of the earth, that hates music. It begins when he
is in early high school and depicts his rapid mental deline, increasing
paranoia, and eventual revenge towards the very thing that made him who
is now is. Music. The film is set in modern day and filmed entirely in
Walla Walla, WA. It is basically a silent film, where the characters do
not speak, they only emote. The sound consists entirely of music and
sound effects, except for voices coming from speakers, or televisions.
The film is in post production as of now, and will be completed after
the nessesary fussing over is finished.
Before branching out on my own, I helped out with a couple of other
productions. The big one was "Prœy." It was written and directed by
Tiffany Sinclair. I shot and scored it and was credited as the
Assistant Director. The film was a thiller/horror film about a girl
named Sarah that was picked up by a mad man and hunted for sport. It
has some supernatural elements as well such as ghosts.
I also scored a couple of movies bad east like "Apocolypse".
More projects are in the works as of now, check back to see what's up!
